IFA is the world’s most important trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances and therefore the most important industry meeting of the year for Siemens Home Appliances. Unfortunately, IFA 2021 cannot take place again this year due to the ever-changing Covid-19 situation. Therefore, Siemens Home Appliances was once again faced with the challenge: How can a technical product presentation be presented in an informative, inspiring and digital way? So that the platform becomes a valuable tool for all employees, partners and dealers?
Digital and innovative
This year, we were once again able to support Siemens Home Appliances in the conception, implementation and production of the “digital brand world”. The goal was to convey the brand, products and innovative novelties to the user in a way that was both informative and easy to grasp. The result is an agile, high-performance digital platform that can be used both online and offline and is thus available to the primary target groups of European sales and retail as a sales support measure.
The Siemens Highlight Park
On a virtual tour, users can find out about all five product categories with a total of 13 highlight products as well as more than 30 innovative product features. The virtual brand platform of the Siemens Highlight Park is 100% CGI generated, both the experience rooms and the product films were filmed in the Green Screen Studio and brought to life through a purely digital content production.
This allowed us to gain impressive perspectives on the spectacular product highlights as well as create inspiring stories around sustainable, urban living inspired by sophisticated design. And all this presented in a UX design that informs as well as inspires the user to want to discover these special highlights.
In less than eight weeks of conception and production, a virtual brand platform with 15 inspiring brand and product films was created. A total of 35 minutes of film content and 55,000 frames were produced.
