Is creating a new visual identity enough for a world that revolves fully around music? No, it’s not. That’s why we collaborated with composer Michael Lauterbach to define an acoustic component: a sound logo for the Munich Symphony Orchestra.
The catchy melody consisting of six notes can be (re-)interpreted again and again to suit the occasion. Sometimes it’s sung by an opera singer, sometimes played on a xylophone. Each time it sounds different. Yet somehow the same.
The sound accompaniment appears in all videos and the latest Munich Symphony Orchestra campaign. Plus, the orchestra’s animated logo, the picture frame, also moves to the beat.
